Discount Tire Store

Walked in today after running over a big bolt right up the street. Knew I didn’t have much time before it was flat so took it straight to Discount Tire as soon as I heard the hissing of the air leaving the tire! Kevin helped me within 2 minutes of stepping in the door and had the tire of my jeep swapped with the rear tire in another 5 minutes so I could continue on with my day and run my errands. They took the bad tire and patched it for me and even cleaned it up before putting it on the back of the jeep. Great service and incredibly fast!

FANTASTIC SERIVICE! I have brought everything from trailers to junkers to full size trucks, even lawn mower tires in and they fix it all! Great customer care at this location and wherever you might be and have a tire emergency. Will ONLY shop at Discount Tire, the Dam Neck and General Booth store is the best!

Super helpful. I called a lil bit before 3pm because the website was saying they were booked until 5:15pm. I was at the Walmart on Nimoy and they had a 3 hour wait. I called and spoke to Eric to see if they could accommodate a walk-in. He told me to bring my car so they could see what they could do. I needed just 2 tires replaced today and they got me in and out under an hour. And Nicholas in the front was awesome

I am so pleased with the service I received at Discount Tire, General Booth Blvd, this morning. I had never been here before and honest, was skeptical about going here. I've been ordering tires from Tirerack.com for years. When I ordered my tires this time, one of the options for installation was Discount Tire. They are close to me, I knew i would be able to sit and wait, and they were less expensive that other options from TR installers. Everyone there was very nice, very professional and very efficient. While I was there I also got an alignment and I bought all new wiper blades . Upon checking out I compared the price of tires against what I had paid TR and they were basically the same price. All of that being said, I would definitely recommend Discount Tire for anyone who needs tires. You might even want to inquire if they offer other services. I know I will definitely be back.
